Yearn To Be Good To Yourself

A lot of times when I hear people say “I need to work on myself” and they explain why, there’s this linear perspective rooted in selfishness. We all need to continuously work on ourselves, but it can’t be rooted in “proving critics wrong” or matters synonymous with seeking revenge, making others (an ex spouse, ex friends, distant lovers, work colleagues, etc) jealous or envious. If that is your approach, stop now and revise your priorities.

The mission of Working on SELF should primarily be rooted in seeking awareness, to enlighten, to learn, to change in a way where you stray away from ignorance and all things that can erode your foundation.

—————————————————
When we become enlightened, that opens up a portal which we all have, to enlighten, share generously, uplift and encourage from a real genuine place (of love).

When God created Earth and human beings to roam in it, he did so I believe to create a sense of community. What are the greatest hallmarks of a great community? One that is comprised of beautiful, loving, caring people that inspire, motivate, share, commend, compliment, teach, uplift, constructively criticize.

We are all a part of a wonderful community called humanity. Let us work on ourselves in a way that won’t only benefit us, but will curate a better world, community and leave humanity in a better place than where we found it.

Be Well, Be Love, Be Blessed,
