Equality is Essential

What does EQUALITY mean to you? Equality in a nutshell to me means inclusion. In light of what’s going on in society today, what I’d love to see is women in the workplace getting the same opportunities that men have had. I’d love to see equal pay and equal opportunity despite the color of ones skin, ethnic background, etc. Equality shouldn’t be a club exclusive only to a few. EQUALITY is a vehicle that will only make our world one that is trans-formative and not stagnant.

Lastly, treating people EQUALLY with love and grace is something we can all do better. Compartmentalizing who we treat well and fairly based off of “notoriety” “acclaim” “public success” adds nothing of value to an ever growing society.
