Hard Work AND Preparation

People fail to realize that stars aren't born great. There's an extraordinary amount of work and energy put into a craft (i.e; speech writer, performance artist, musician, medicine, architecture, etc). A sound work ethic can manifest many positive outcomes. Will becoming a star be one of those outcomes, maybe or maybe not. Nonetheless, we are all stars in our own right and we can be great too... but we've got to fight that 'thing' called contentedness and refrain from wishing upon luck. You create your own by being prepared.
