The GOLDEN Rule

I believe in the golden rule, and that we should treat people the way they should be treated... as HUMAN BEINGS not as some foreign object we discard rather unceremoniously. We often times fail to take inventory on how we say things to people, not realizing that we may have meant them in a different context than initially uttered. We also at times forget that we live in the world with other people! We may prance around in our rooms singing songs which allow us to feel invincible, or may have more money than the next man/woman and treat them in ways that diminish them. We must change that culture soon hopefully, but it must start with us. We must re-train our consciousness and inner self and then re-learn how to act accordingly.

As I look at the world now, an inflated amount of people have double parked on 'ME' street. They don't realize that 'ME' street is a tow away zone and the consequences are that you're humbled immediately. Your feelings are stripped to the core and you're forced to look at yourself in a more honest and unflattering light, which will then at some point lead you to change.. hopefully for the better.

In closing, If you enjoy being treated justly, fairly and kindly, treat others in that same fashion. Don't go screaming into the air for all to hear, that "oh, I'm treated wrongly and unfairly". Maybe... you just haven't looked into the mirror in a while.

Peace.

By Yours Truly,
Sam
