FAILURE Is ONLY A Word

There are a few words in the English language that we throw around, implying them to mean what they aren't. Words are what they are... but when you place them in there proper context, they can take on an entirely new meaning.

Failure is that word. I'm not trying to put a pretty ribbon and a bow on the word, but if we can all stop beating ourselves up over what we perceive to be failure, we can sustain a great deal of mental stamina. Failure is NOT indicative of a lack of effort. However, we all have those little voices in our head that we often times entertain. Never fault yourself for failing, but if those voices in your head say to you that "you didn't try hard enough" or "that you didn't give it your all" then that is when you will have to take a long look at yourself in the mirror.

Failure to me, is like having a personal professor with me at all times. It constantly teaches me a lesson that I wouldn't have learned otherwise... isn't that the point of living?

So, if you're out there beating yourselves up for what you perceive to be failure, yet you gave it your all, hold your head high, as life has not finished grooming you to be your best at all times.

Be positive!
